We have a 30-day money back guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request your money back if the product does not meet your expectations.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a full refund-no questions asked.
Because our products consist of personal care serums, hygiene tools, and topical wellness items, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges once an item has left our fulfillment facilities. 3 Pass it on: You do not need to ship the item back to us. We kindly ask that you share it with a friend or family member who might enjoy it, donate it, or safely dispose of it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit (e.g., a broken seal or leaking bottle), is defective, or contains the wrong item, please inspect it immediately and contact us at clarideofficial@claridewellness.com.
Please attach a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item, and our team will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement bottle or tool to you completely free of charge, or issue a full refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
